About Screen Printing
Screen printing or silk screen printing is particularly done on clothes or surfaces. To do the print, the framed screen is positioned over the cloth or item to be printed and thick layer of ink is applied to it. After that clothing is placed on a conveyor belt through a heat-tunnel. Screen printing does not crack, fade or peel, and will last the life of the shirts.

Screen Printing Limitations
1. Logos heavy with detail may be simplified for small prints. Too much ink in a small area can leave your print less clear, removing a small amount of detail can restore the legibility of the design.
2. Gradients are not for all logos. Gradients and fading effects cannot always be achieved with screen printing, sometimes it is best to use a solid colour instead. Our production department will let you know if this is the case.
